TWO HOURS OF TIME
FAMILY ACTIVITY IN UTRECHT
The Utrecht Photo Challenge is a challenging and fun family activity in Utrecht, both for locals and those who are new to the city. Our outdoor city game is a two-hour walk and you have time to rest in between. Lastly, the game is totally analog, so finally get off your phones and connect with each other!
THE GOAL OF THE GAME
The goal? Find the locations in Utrecht’s city center with a map, and recreate our model pictures as well as you can with a Polaroid camera. You’ll need adults or teenagers to read the map, while smaller kids can pose for the pictures and help find the easier spots. The best part? You get to keep your Polaroids.
FUN FOR ALL AGES
We want you to enjoy Utrecht with kids, without compromising on your own fun. We’ve had families with toddlers, some with teenagers, and others with no kids, and they all had a blast! For small kids, exploring the city and taking pictures is a fun Utrecht activity on its own. Groups with teens and adults often try to score as many points as possible.

THEY PLAYED THE CHALLENGE WITH THEIR FAMILY
“We played the game with small children. The length was just right to keep their attention, and we all really liked the challenges. I recommend it as a fun Utrecht activity with kids!”
“For our yearly family outing, we played the challenge. We saw beautiful spots and made the photos ourselves with a Polaroid camera, which we took home. Highly recommended!”
